Our Role
Our role is advisory and strategic. We help clients clarify goals, evaluate options, navigate tradeoffs, and align systems and partners to achieve adopted outcomes. All work is scoped to reflect each client’s goals, capacity, and constraints. Our work focuses on public sector consulting for local and regional governments, with an emphasis on strategy, governance, housing, and implementation.
